How long will my order take?
Every item is made to order, just for you. Making it usually takes 2 to 5 business days, and delivery within the United States usually takes another 3 to 4 business days. Most orders arrive about 5 to 9 business days after you place them.

How do I pick the right size?
Each product page has a size guide. Please check it before you order, because made-to-order items can't be exchanged for a different size. Our tees run small, so in the US, order one size up. If you're between sizes or unsure, email us and we'll help.
Can I return or exchange my order?
Because each item is made specially for you, we can't take returns or exchanges for a wrong size, a wrong color, or a change of mind. If anything arrives damaged, misprinted or wrong, email us within 30 days of delivery with a photo and we'll replace it or refund you.
How do I care for my item?
Tees: Machine wash cold, inside out, on a gentle cycle with similar colors. Tumble dry low or hang to dry. Use non-chlorine bleach only if needed. Iron on a cool setting, inside out, and never iron the print. Don't dry-clean.
Leggings: Machine wash cold with similar colors. Don't bleach or dry-clean. Iron on low heat if needed. Keep them away from rough surfaces, which can pull the fibers.
Mugs: Microwave and dishwasher safe.
Will everything arrive together?
Different items are sometimes made in different places, so an order with more than one item may arrive in more than one package. You won't pay extra for that.
How will I know when it ships?
We'll email you a tracking number as soon as your order is on its way.
Is checkout secure?
Yes. Checkout is handled by Shopify's secure payment system.
