Made to order

Every IT'S OK TO BE FAE item is made just for you after you order. Making your order usually takes 2 to 5 business days.

Delivery time

Once your order is made, delivery within the United States usually takes 3 to 4 business days. So most orders arrive about 5 to 9 business days after you place them. Around busy holiday seasons it can take a little longer.

Shipping cost

Shipping is calculated at checkout, before you pay, so you always see the full cost first.

Tracking

As soon as your order ships, we'll email you a tracking number so you can follow it to your door.

Orders with more than one item

Different items are sometimes made in different places, so your order may arrive in more than one package. You won't pay extra for that.

Lost or delayed packages

If your package hasn't arrived by the estimated delivery date, email us at itsoktobefaestore@gmail.com with your order number and we'll look into it right away.
