Made just for you

Every IT'S OK TO BE FAE item is made to order. It is printed specially for you when you place your order. Because nothing is pre-made, we can't accept returns or exchanges for a wrong size, a wrong color, or a change of mind.

Please check the size guide on each product page before you order. If you're not sure, email us first and we'll gladly help you choose.

If something arrives damaged, misprinted or wrong

We'll make it right. Email us at itsoktobefaestore@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a clear photo of the problem. We'll send you a free replacement or refund you.

If your package never arrives

Email us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date with your order number. We'll track it down, and if it is lost we'll send it again or refund you.

Wrong or incomplete address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If a package comes back to us because of an incorrect address, we can send it again, but a new shipping charge will apply.

Changes and cancellations

Orders go into production quickly. If you need to change or cancel an order, email us right away. Once production has started, we can't change or cancel it.
